When calling from the external panel the video appears on my Classe 300 EOS but it doesn't sound!
If your Classe 300 EOS doesn't ring durign a video door call, check that the silent mode is not active on you internal unit; it's indicated by the red led of call exclusion signaling powered fixed on.
